Sprint Engagements

Especially when we are first meeting a brand, it can be difficult to know if we are the right fit for each other. That’s why, for first contact, we love to run sprints. 3-month long engagements that focus on a specific issue or task that has clear goals and deliverables, in black and white, defined before we start.
If, for some reason, the objective of the sprint isn’t achieved in the prescribed time, we always work until the goal is realized.

Typical engagements for Sprints are centered around:

FULL SPECTRUM REVENUE SHARE

After a sprint engagement, we have invitation-only partnerships that we offer to the brands that we believe we can truly expand, aggressively. These Partnership agreements are revenue-share, and our commissions are calculated by only looking at the growth (what we call “Delta”) that we bring to the brand after engagement.

This puts our skin in the game and leaves the “old agency model” behind. We make more money as a company when we expand our partners, and that’s the way we believe ALL agencies should work.
